Quantity

Award-winning non-alcoholic Riesling from Germany — winner of the 2024 International Non-Alcoholic Competition. Vibrant minerality, yellow fruit and the characteristic freshness of Riesling. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, maturation on fine lees.

Best served at 5–7°C. Excellent with beetroot vegetable salad, salmon omelette or wok-fried fish.

Kolonne Null was founded in Berlin in 2018 on the belief that alcohol-free wine can be truly excellent. They select base wines from award-winning family estates, then use gentle vacuum distillation at around 30°C with careful aroma recovery.
