With its pale straw-yellow color, CØLIBRÍ White embodies freshness and finesse. The bouquet reveals citrus and ripe stone fruits, supported by delicate minerality. On the palate, it is light yet layered, with floral and yeast-driven notes that enrich the texture and leave a long, elegant finish.

Made from 100% Traminer grapes grown organically on alluvial gravel soils, this wine is spontaneously fermented and aged on the lees for six months before undergoing gentle dealcoholization. It is a perfect match for light seafood, salads, or goat cheese — a versatile choice for refined, alcohol-free enjoyment.
