Leitz's Eins-Zwei-Zero Riesling comes straight from home — the estate's own Rüdesheimer Berg vineyards, where the vines cling to steep, south-facing slopes of quartzite and slate. It's made the same way as the rest of the range: full fermentation, then gentle vacuum distillation to remove the alcohol while keeping the aromas intact.
The result is clean and lively, with notes of lime and citrus, a hint of rhubarb, and a touch of red apple over a mineral backbone. Bracing acidity balances the residual sugar for a dry, well-structured finish — the kind of precision Leitz's Rieslings are known for, alcohol or not. Serve chilled; it's an easy match for lighter dishes, salads, or just on its own.
