Leitz's Zero Point Five Cabernet Sauvignon follows the same path as the rest of the range — grapes from the Pfalz, full fermentation, then careful vacuum distillation at around 30°C to remove the alcohol while keeping the wine's real character intact.

It pours deep and structured, with ripe cassis, blackcurrant, and dark cherry, a hint of chocolate, and soft, well-balanced tannins carrying through to a clean, dry-leaning finish. Serve slightly chilled — it holds its own next to lamb, grilled vegetables, or even a square of dark chocolate.
