CØLIBRÍ Red shines in a ruby hue with purple reflections. The nose is vibrant with raspberries and cherries, while the palate delivers a full spectrum of red fruit and gentle spiciness. Integrated tannins create structure and a velvety texture, reminiscent of a fine Merlot.

Produced from Merlot Khorus (a PIWI variety) on Friuli’s gravel-loam soils, the wine is naturally fermented, then aged six months in barrel before its alcohol is carefully removed. Pair it with roasted vegetables, grilled mushrooms, or hearty stews — a versatile and satisfying red, without compromise.
