CØLIBRÍ Spumante Rosé

Where prosecco tradition meets rosé elegance — CØLIBRÍ Spumante Rosé is crafted from Glera and Merlot grown on organic estate vineyards in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the same northeastern corner of Italy that borders Austria and Slovenia. The Glera brings the lightness and effervescence associated with Italy's most celebrated sparkling style; the Merlot adds a coral-pink hue and layers of red fruit that make this bottle genuinely distinctive.

Beautiful coral pink in the glass. On the nose, small red berries, honey and apple. On the palate, cranberry and raspberry lead, supported by fine bubbles, good texture and a fresh, firm finish with pleasant acidity. Light, vibrant and beautifully balanced — a sparkling rosé that holds its own at any table.

The winemaking follows the same organic, solar-powered principles as the white Spumante: estate-grown grapes, traditional vinification in stainless steel, and gentle dealcoholization using the membrane technique to retain the wine's original freshness and character. The rosé color comes naturally from co-fermenting the Glera with a portion of Merlot must — no shortcuts, no added colorants.
