Quantity

Elegant, dry non-alcoholic sparkling wine from the Nahe wine region of Germany. Vibrant perlage, yellow fruit notes and delicate acidity. Six months of maturation on fine lees, partial barrel ageing.

Best served at 5–7°C. Perfect pairing: fruity endive salad, coconut-lime fish curry, or salmon and fennel omelette. The 375 ml format is ideal for one person or as a small gift.

Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir (Nahe, Germany)

Kolonne Null was founded in Berlin in 2018 on the belief that alcohol-free wine can be truly excellent. They select base wines from award-winning family estates, then use gentle vacuum distillation at around 30°C with careful aroma recovery.
