Leitz's Eins-Zwei-Zero Rosé is built on Pinot Noir from the estate's own Rheingau vineyards, made the same way as the rest of the range: full fermentation, then gentle vacuum distillation to remove the alcohol without losing the aroma.

It pours delicate and pale, with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and rosehip, plus a hint of grapefruit. Lively acidity keeps the sweetness in check, finishing crisp with real length. Light-bodied and easy to like — a natural fit for a summer table, salads, or just on its own.
